Want to grow your organic traffic like AIM?

The Challenge

AIM approached Content Rebels to create compelling lead magnet assets tailored to the professional development sector. As a prominent leader in management and leadership training, AIM sought to reinforce its position as an industry authority by delivering insights on emerging trends and challenges in leadership.

The goal was to engage its audience with thought-provoking content while driving growth in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

Our Approach

We partnered with AIM to craft two industry reports, each exceeding 6,000 words, designed as versatile lead magnet tools. These reports provided a deep dive into current trends shaping leadership and professional development. The process included analysing commissioned survey data, conducting extensive research, and collaborating with a leading HR professional to bring credibility and industry relevance to the reports.

We strategically designed the reports for repurposing across email campaigns and other marketing channels to maximise impact and
longevity.

The Results

The reports were a resounding success, equipping AIM’s team with versatile, high-value content that resonated with their audience and drove measurable engagement. By exploring trends and challenges through data-backed insights, the reports positioned AIM as a credible industry voice while providing the marketing team with assets that generated new MQLs.

The collaborative process also empowered the AIM team with a deeper understanding of audience needs and expectations.
