A week-by-week breakdown of what Sarah’s AI Content Engine Accelerator program covers.
Week One – AI Foundations
We’ll start by building the right foundations for your AI upskilling journey.
I’ll be teaching you how AI fundamentally works, where it came from and how to think about it in practical terms. This first week is all about removing the mystery and helping you see AI as something you can direct, shape and control with the right inputs. We’ll also explore the major platforms and tools available (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, CoPilot and others) so know what you’re working with.
Week Two – Consistency Stack
Then, we’ll start to customise the first essential ingredients required for the perfect AI Content Engine recipe.
This week is all about system rules, system instructions and how to brief your AI properly so it has the context it needs to perform well. We’ll be building your Consistency Stack – starting with your Brand Voice and Writing Style System Instructions. These Instructions will allow you stop relying on generic prompts and start creating the conditions for consistent, quality output.
Week Three – Content Output Rules
Next, we’ll move onto defining the rules for your specific content output.
This week focuses on learning how to codify the rules for each type of content output you want the Engine to generate. Here we’re talking about the specific structural and stylistic rules that define each content type… think along the lines of heading patterns, paragraph lengths, formatting preferences, tone controls and channel-specific rules. This is how you train AI to create content that consistently matches what you need.
Week Four — Content Input System
Now we get to dive into the detail that will feed every content item.
Great output depends on great input. This week is focused on the briefing structure behind each content item. You’ll map out exactly what your AI needs in order to produce strong content consistently… from working titles and topics to internal links, strategic notes and planning information. You’ll build a customised Content Planner that captures everything required to brief your AI Content Engine in the most streamlined way possible.
Week Five — Engine Build
Then, we start to bring everything together! Exciting!
Using your Consistency Stack, Content Output Rules and Content Input System, I’ll guide you through building your AI Content Engine. As we build, you’ll start to generate your first outputs and see how your Engine performs in practice. This is the transition point… we’ve now moved from design to build.
Week Six — Engine Evolution
Now, we play as we test and refine your Engine until it’s hitting 99.9% quality.
This week is all about refinement. Once you’re generating your first outputs, we’ll review them closely. We’re looking to see where they drift, where they miss the mark and what needs to be tweaked in your Consistency Stack, Rules or Inputs to hit those quality and consistency goals. This is one of the most important weeks of the program, because strong AI Content Engines are not built in one pass… they’re built through structured iteration.
Week Seven — Workflow Planning
Next, it’s time to plan how you can automate the processes that sit on either side of your AI Content Engine.
This week is all about planning the Workflow around your AI Content Engine. We’ll focus on where your documents will live, how your Consistency Stack will be stored and accessed, how you’ll manage Content Planner governance and which steps in the process can be fully automated. The goal here is to plan exactly how you can embed your AI Content Engine into the heart of your team’s operations.
Week Eight — Workflow Automation
Finally, we’ll embed your AI Content Engine within your operations and send you on your merry way knowing exactly how to manage and scale it into the future.
In the final week, we’ll explore what automation looks like both inside and outside your chosen AI platform. We’ll explore what can be streamlined natively, what can be connected across tools and how to create a more scalable process that reduces manual effort while preserving quality. This is where your AI Content Engine becomes a true production powerhouse.
