These featured snippets included top queries like “what fleets need to know about the 3G shutdown”and “telematics in logistics and transportation.” Newsletter performance has also seen a major lift: open rates have grown from 32% to 37%, unsubscribe rates have dropped from 1.6% to under 1%, and bounce rates are down to 2%.
